Job Title:Team Leader, Customer Service
Job Location: Abuja and Lagos
Under and supervise the Enquiries
Facilitate Consultants including the frontline Support teams so as to meet and surpass customer service anticipations in the zone.
When required, to direct customers to the correct division or to transfer to more suitable channels.
Keep a great level of integrity as well as ethical standards.
Should be a University Graduate (BSC) with a Minimum of second class lower degree
Candidate should have two to three years branch banking experience, of which should comprise experience in customer service areas.
Candidate should have one to two years experience being the leader of a team.
Comprehensive understanding of existing procedures and policies.
Outstanding understanding of Self-Service Banking which includes ATM’s, Internet Banking, and mobile Banking.
Broad understanding of Customer Service principles and ways to put them into practice.
Understanding of products and services offered by the Bank, aas well as their systems and procedures
Understanding of the various purposes of the diverse job roles in the branch.
Knowledge of service & sales initiatives
Understanding of the purposes and activities of other sections and support units in the Bank.
Having capability to motivate, coach, develop as well as being a team.
