The American University of Nigeria, which is located in Yola, seeks to recruit the below job Position into the University.
Job Title:Customer Service Representative/ Office Administrator
Job Location: Adamawa State, Yola
Job Summary:
He or she will serve as the front line person for the University to the general Public, and will also be in charge of general office adminstration.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a National diploma
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in similar position.
Exposure in an IT Training environment would be of advantage.
Experience in Marketing would be of advantage.
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized individual and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in the Use of Microsoft office suite, computer networking, internet and email.
Knowledge of Office administration
