Part time receptionist at the British high commission

The British council is currently recruiting to fill the position of Part time receptionist.
Please find details below:
Grade level: A1
Location : Abuja
This is a part time position, the successful candidate will be required to work atleast 16 hours a week, the requirements are;

  • Making, receiving and transferring phone calls for staff.
  • Managing incoming emails
  • Receiving visitors to the organisation
  • Ensures that the organisations entrance is presentable
  • Providing leave cover to other receptionist in the organization and performs other administrative task.

Desired attributes:
Must be reliable and courteous
Must have excellent English speaking skills and clear communication
Must be computer literate, have IT skills and must be proficient in the use Microsoft office suite, especially MS word and outlook.
Salary level: candidate would be placed on salary level A1 which earn 72,339 naira.
