Job Position: Secratary
Role:
- Performs secretariat assignments
- Take minutes of meetings
- Assist in preparing departmental reports
- Effectively Manages Filing system
- Attend to enquiries by visitors and customers
- Other duties may be assigned by superior staff
Skills required:
- Good Secretarial background
- Can use Microsoft office applications
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- have excellent work ethics and confidence
- Have good disposition to work
Qualifications:
- A Higher national diploma in secretarial studies or equivalent qualification
- Additional qualification would be of advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years experience in similar job position in a reputable firm
