Qatar Airways is currently recruiting to fill the below position:
Job Title: Airport Services Agent
- Delivery of service to customers at the airport terminal.
- Providing travel that is stress free for customers of Qatar Airways
- Ensuring that customers receive total quality service and that they adhere to safety policy and security standards of the Qatar Airways.
- You will always liaise with Check-in
- You will also work with the transfer Desk, and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers and direct Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as the Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates etc.
- Coordination of the handling of company materials
- You will ensure smooth passenger handling
- Assist Customers with entry requirements, visas etc
- Assist passengers through airport facilities.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service in related role such as Airport Operations (Check-in) / Travel Agency / Hospitality / Customer Service etc.
- Must be energetic
- Possess pleasant and positive attitude
- Pay attention to detail
- Work in Shift
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS would be of advantage but not key.
