Job Title: Personal Assistant
- Uphold a good Image for the company
- He or render administrative and support services
- He or she schedules meetings and appointments
- Takes meeting minutes and reports
- Prepares travel schedules.
- Maintains an effective file management system
- Handles both internal and external clients
- Prompt communication
- Performs other duties as assigned
- A University degree in Business Administration, French, mass communication, management or related discipline.
- Two to three years experience at administrative level in a reputable organization.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and numerate
- Must be IT Literate and must be able to use Microsoft power point .
- Self motivated.
