Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description:

  • Uphold a good Image for the company
  • He or render administrative and support services
  • He or she schedules meetings and appointments
  • Takes meeting minutes and reports
  • Prepares travel schedules.
  • Maintains an effective file management system
  • Handles both internal and external clients
  • Prompt communication
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

  • A University degree in Business Administration, French, mass communication, management or related discipline.

Experience:

  • Two to three years experience at administrative level in a reputable organization.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and numerate
  • Must be IT Literate and must be able to use Microsoft power point .
  • Self motivated.
