Shell Nigeria Graduate Programme 2026 Opens for Engineering, Geoscience and Commercial Graduates

Shell Nigeria has announced applications for its Graduate Programme 2026, giving qualified Nigerian graduates the opportunity to begin a structured three-year career development journey with one of the world’s leading energy companies.

The programme is designed to identify and train talented young professionals who can grow into future leadership positions across Shell’s operations.

Available Graduate Career Areas

Applicants can submit applications for openings in the following fields:

  • Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil and Production)
  • Geoscience
  • Commercial

About the Programme

Successful candidates will participate in a global graduate development system used across Shell operations worldwide. Participants will receive professional guidance, practical training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to real business and energy industry projects.

  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme

Shell warned that candidates who submit multiple applications may face automatic disqualification from the recruitment process.
