Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, MBA, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Relevant professional and data analytics certifications are desirable.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, retail banking analytics, strategy, or related functions.
- At least 4–5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
