Position Details

Job Title: Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a key link between customers and the organization, helping eligible clients access loan products while also driving investment and wealth management solutions. The role requires strong sales abilities, customer relationship management skills, and a commitment to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell loan and investment products to prospective clients.
  • Evaluate customer eligibility and financial capability for loan applications.
  • Process and review loan documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Mobilize deposits and investment funds to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-sell financial products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Update customer records and manage transactions through the company's ERP system.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve loan processing issues.
  • Maintain compliance with lending regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements

Interested applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good knowledge of lending products and financial services.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and banking software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Salary

Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from:

₦80,000 – ₦150,000
