About the Role

NoemDek Limited is looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support its Transportation Division. The successful candidate will serve as an important link between clients and internal operational teams, ensuring that transport services are delivered efficiently and in line with the company's premium service standards.

The position will involve managing client requests, coordinating service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience and Relationship Management

  • Manage client bookings and transportation service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the main contact person for transport clients and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure consistent service quality throughout the client journey.
  • Respond to client concerns, complaints and feedback professionally and discreetly.

Service Coordination and Monitoring

  • Ensure that established brand and service standards are maintained across client interactions.
  • Work closely with reservations, dispatch and operations teams to coordinate smooth service delivery.
  • Assist with resolving service disruptions and other issues affecting clients.
  • Monitor service performance and follow up on unresolved issues or identified service gaps.

Commercial and Business Growth Support

  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients and encouraging repeat bookings.
  • Gather client feedback and service insights that can help improve offerings and support business growth.
  • Assist with preparing service proposals, discussing pricing and participating in client presentations when required.

Reporting and Administration

  • Contribute to improvements in processes that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Prepare client service reports and performance updates for management.
  • Keep client records, service logs and engagement information accurate and up to date.

Requirements and Qualifications

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, hospitality, premium services or other customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Experience working with corporate or high-value clients will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments.
  • A professional and polished approach to client engagement.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and commercial awareness.
