Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance during check-in and departure, including escorting them to their rooms and handling their luggage.
Explain available hotel facilities, room features and amenities to guests to ensure a comfortable stay.
Provide guest transportation services by operating hotel vehicles when required and taking guests to approved destinations.
Ensure that bell carts, luggage-handling equipment and assigned work areas are kept clean, organised and properly maintained.
Collect, transport, arrange and safely store guests' luggage while adhering to the hotel's established service standards and operational procedures.
