Administrative Assistant
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists of the company’s customers
- Provide general support to customers
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle customer requests and complaints via phone and other social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
- Experienced in financial services or management
- Good customer service skills would be added advantage.
- Not more than 30years.
