Administrative Assistant at Kolobox

Kolobox is a startup Fintech Investment Firm located at Ikeja, Lagos. The company is on the verge of expanding its customer base using digital technology.

Administrative Assistant

Location: Oregun, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists of the company’s customers
  • Provide general support to customers
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle customer requests and complaints via phone and other social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
  • Experienced in financial services or management
  • Good customer service skills would be added advantage.
  • Not more than 30years.
