Description: ARM Young Talent Program

Real-world experience for university students

• ARM Young Talent Program (AYTP) is an annual 8-week internship program for university students
• Designed to provide exemplary students with an early start to their career
• Consists of 4 weeks of group-based project work and 4 weeks of work experience in specific units within the firm
• Interns are given the opportunity to choose where they would like to be placed for their final 4 weeks of work experience

Requirements for applicants

• Must be a university undergraduate
• Should have completed at least two years of their degree
• Must be on track for a First class or Second Class Upper degree or equivalent
• Should be available to resume in June 2023 if successful
