Job Summary:
AVENTA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to businesses, introducing our cutting-edge electric vehicles, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to businesses to pitch AVENTA’s electric vehicles and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline for conversion.
  • Research and understand the needs of prospective clients to tailor sales pitches effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular follow-ups via phone and email.
  • Address client concerns and objections, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on AVENTA’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques based on customer feedback and performance analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in the automotive, energy, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and position products as solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 (negotiable based on experience and capacity).
  • Performance-based commission structure.
