Swift Telephone Network, a Private Telecommunications company in Lagos, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Place and receive calls from customers
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer challenges regarding product/services
  • Resolve customer’s complaints in a calm and professional manner.


  • B.Sc / HND qualification in any discipline
  • 1 – 2 years experience
  • Adept listening skills
  • Accurate comprehension, interpretation, and capturing of information, accuracy, and timely response to calls
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of one-year experience in a call center set up
  • Must be fluent in speaking English (bilingual is an added advantage)
