In order to handle our company’s inventory of spare parts, the company is looking for a precise and incredibly organized warehouse coordinator.
You will be expected to manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, carry out daily cyclic counts, keep accurate inventory records, and maintain 5S and warehouse safety and security in this capacity.

Our ideal applicant is, at their core, a person of integrity, has a solid understanding of best practices for managing the inventory of equipment spare parts, exhibits safety leadership, works well in a team, and is enthusiastic about learning and continual development.

Position Requirements:

  • Having a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and having handled spare parts for heavy-duty equipment maintenance
  • 3+ years of expertise in purchasing and warehousing operations
    comprehensive knowledge of inventory management concepts such ABC analysis, cycle counting, order point planning, SKU IDs, and inventory/location labeling
  • Barcode inventory management system knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle extremely delicate and minute duties
  • knowledge of any CMMS inventory management software, including SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), IFS Applications – Inventory Module, and others
  • Maintain the highest standards of occupational safety and health, and be mindful of the dangers that come with working around heavy-duty equipment.

  • It is preferred to have professional certification in logistics and supply chain.
