We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the production is carried out as per SOP.
- Monitor and report any unsafe condition/unsafe act immediately and take steps to resolve the same.
- Report and escalate breakdown issues to Maintenance and follow up for timely resolution to ensure minimum loss of production.
- Collate and provide inputs on production issues/manufacturing feasibility for the line
- Train production operators to achieve company objectives.
- Responsible for end to end production of Extruded Jelly/Similar High technology line
- Maintain good house-keeping always.
- Monitor process parameters, ensure adherence to process parameters and train the operative
- Generation of necessary reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
- A Graduate Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering related field.
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
- Strong stake-holders Management & Influencing skills.
- Empathy balanced with firmness.
- Passionate to grwo team – Good Report Writing skills.
