Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
  • As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks to support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, including tidiness and organization
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience with scheduling software and databases
  • Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
