Role Overview
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted support partner to executive leadership, overseeing schedules, communications, travel arrangements, and key administrative functions. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules to ensure efficient time utilization.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and board-related engagements.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up reports.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Arrange business travel, accommodation, itineraries, and expense documentation.
- Track action items, deadlines, and strategic priorities on behalf of the Executive.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Executive and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to facilitate the execution of executive directives.
- Support special assignments, strategic initiatives, and high-priority projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience providing executive support to senior leaders or C-suite executives.
- Strong experience working within a reputable corporate organization.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience within a multinational environment will be considered an added advantage.
