Nigeria Customs Service Set to Conduct Recruitment Every Year
The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is set to introduce a new approach to its recruitment programme that could create more regular employment opportunities for Nigerians seeking to join the paramilitary organisation. Under the new arrangement, recruitment into the Nigeria Customs Service is expected to take place annually , replacing the previous system in which recruitment exercises were conducted only when sufficient vacancies accumulated. The development was announced by the Comptroller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi , during a media briefing at the NCS headquarters in Abuja. He made the disclosure while presenting the final list of successful candidates selected during the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
