Since its establishment in 1982, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering durable, innovative, and eco-friendly bedding solutions under well-known brands such as UNIFOAM and UNIFLEX. With production facilities in Ilorin, Kano, and Kaduna, Unifoam manufactures a wide range of foam products for homes and industries—including mattresses, pillows, sofa beds—and has expanded its reach into international markets such as Romania.

We are currently hiring for the role below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Locations: Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo & Ekiti

Role Overview

As we continue to expand across Southwest Nigeria, we are seeking dynamic and goal-driven Area Sales Managers to increase market share, develop growth opportunities, and strengthen our presence across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement territory-based sales plans to deliver volume and revenue targets.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise field sales teams to achieve strong market penetration.

  • Track competitor activities and share relevant market insights with management.

  • Guarantee adequate stock levels, effective product merchandising, and brand visibility at all outlets.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reports, and performance analyses.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow distribution networks.

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver on sales targets.

  • Must live in or have strong knowledge of the selected location.

  • 3–5 years experience in territory management or sales; experience within foam or household products is a plus.
