Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for an efficient and meticulous Storekeeper to oversee and coordinate all storeroom activities. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and maintain the upkeep and organization of stock items.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate receipts, records, and documentation of inventory.

  • Receive, unload, and organize supplies on shelves.

  • Perform stock-related tasks such as returning items, packing, pricing, and labeling.

  • Check deliveries for damages or discrepancies and report issues for follow-up action.

  • Monitor stock levels, rotate items, and ensure expired stock is disposed of appropriately.

  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for effective inventory control.

  • Coordinate the movement of equipment, freight handling, and minor repairs as required.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or recordkeeping.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory procedures and bookkeeping practices.

  • Familiarity with warehouse/stockroom standards and best practices.

  • Good analytical ability with strong numerical accuracy.

  • Competence in data entry, documentation, and inventory software is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment.

  • Must be physically fit to lift items up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
