Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors, clients, and team members at ROQQU’s office.
  • This role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth, organized, and secure office environment to support our mission of delivering exceptional services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
  • Track and report visitor logs and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive office image.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email platforms.
