We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Ashaka, Gombe 

Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Ashaka.
  • The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting and selling the bank's products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • This role involves face-to-face interaction with clients as well as some work-from-home tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Finance and Sales expertise
