 Jos University Teaching Hospital, commissioned on Tuesday, 10th April 1990 by the then Honourable Minister for Health, Professor Alikoye Ransome-Kuti, is a Federal Tertiary Health Institution pursuing excellence in the provision of services, training and research. The mandate of its establishment is to provide health promotion, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services to the general population.

Job Title: Resident Doctor

Specialties: Community Medicine, Anaesthesia, Haematology, Dental & Maxillofacial Surgery, Family Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Microbiology, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Radiology, Surgery.

Requirements
Applicants seeking admission into Residency training programme must possess the following:

• Evidence of graduation from any accredited medical school (MBBS)
• Evidence of passing primary examination of either the National or West African Postgraduate Medical College in the candidates chosen field of specialization
• Evidence of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
• Evidence of current annual practicing license and;
• Evidence of NYSC discharge certificate or exemption as the case may be.

Specialties: Radio-Oncologist, Child Oral Health, Restorative Dentistry

Requirements

• Candidate must possess the fellowship of the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or Fellowship of west African Post-Graduate Medical College.
• In addition,Candidates should have current practicing license by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

 

Job Title: Confidential Secretary III

Location: Jos, Plateau

Requirements

• Candidate must possess OND in Secretarial Studies including passes in Shorthand and Typewriting at 150 Words Per Minute respectively from a Secretarial /Technical Institution or WASC/SSCE plus RSA or Civil Service Training School Certificate in Shorthand and Typewriting at 150 Words Per Minutes respectively, plus a recognized Certificate in English Language, Office Practice, Secretarial Practice or any other optional subjects including social studies, Civil Service Rules, economics or bookkeeping.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma of the Society of Radiographers (DSR) or Certificate of Membership of Radiographers or any other equivalent qualification from an institution with NYSC certificate / exemption, plus at least 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.
