About the Program

  • ​The Qore Tech Graduate Trainee program is an accelerated learning academy program that is open to recent graduates of Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics (S.T.E.M) discipline.
  • In this program, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the architecture and design of our sophisticated systems.
  • As a participant, you will also have an opportunity to learn while working with engineering managers on projects. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow and learn, then we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 O’ Level (WASSCE) Credits in one sitting, particularly in Mathematics, English Language, Physics, and Chemistry, and any of Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, or Biology. 
  • BSc / BEng / BTech with First Class Honors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related discipline.
  • Knowledge of the current trends in the Fintech industry and products will be a huge advantage.
  • Meticulousness and attention to detail, with good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A vibrant individual who exhibits strong traits of proficiency, innovation, courage, humility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience is not required, but minimal hands-on experience on software development, product management, and/or product quality assurance project may be helpful.
