Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for documentation management, facility coordination, welfare support, and basic logistics. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Management

  • Supervise maintenance and servicing of office facilities

  • Coordinate cleaning, security, and repair services

  • Ensure the work environment is safe and functional

2. Logistics Support

  • Schedule vehicle maintenance

  • Manage company assets and equipment

  • Assist with procurement and inventory records

3. Documentation & Records

  • File documents such as property records and contracts

  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy

4. Staff & Client Welfare

  • Support staff welfare initiatives

  • Assist in basic HR-related activities

  • Coordinate welfare communication


Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

  • Degree/HND in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field

  • Previous administrative experience (preferably in real estate or consulting)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good understanding of facility management and logistics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
