 Nigeria Distilleries Limited stands as Nigeria's foremost producer of spirits and wines. Incorporated in 1961, the company is driven by a commitment to deliver top-tier brands to a market eager for superior wines and spirits. As a fully Nigerian-owned enterprise, NDL began production in 1979, initially focusing on blending and bottling renowned international labels such as Dubonnet, Ambassadeur, Suze, Campari, Cointreau, Dorville Brandy, Pimms, and Martini. Today, it produces premium beverages including the iconic Seaman’s Schnapps prayer drink, Lord’s Dry Gin, Calypso, Bacchus Wine, and more.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary The Brand Manager is responsible for achieving the company’s objectives in market share, brand equity, gross margin, brand awareness, and penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted sales volumes and gross margins for the product category.
  • Lead and motivate the team to generate the energy and creativity required for innovation.
  • Protect the desired brand image and equity in the market to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure availability of specified products and SKUs to avoid stock-outs and minimize counterfeiting risks across all pack sizes.
  • Meet set targets for market share, profitability, awareness, and penetration to sustain market leadership.
  • Manage approved brand budgets optimally to deliver profitability and brand equity goals.

Requirements

  • First degree in any discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience, including at least 3 years in Brand Management and 2 years in Sales with Channel Management exposure.

Ideal candidate must:

  • Be data-driven, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Be willing to travel across different regions of the country.
  • Be highly organized with strong attention to brand details.

Salary ₦350,000 – ₦600,000 per month.
