 Singa Fintech is a fitech company aimed at providing qick and accessible loans to consumers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday – Sunday, with 1 day off rotation)

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Support the team in achieving daily and weekly customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Assist customers with resolving complaints, concerns, and account-related issues.
  • Record customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers effectively.
  • Experience in a fintech lending or financial service environment is an added advantage.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills and a strong sense of empathy.

Salary
N120,000 monthly Net.
