The Opportunity: General Manager

We are searching for a General Manager who recognizes that hospitality is both an art and a business. This role requires a unique balance: someone who excels at creating an authentic, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining rigorous operational excellence and financial precision.

Your Mission: Lead, Optimize, and Inspire

You will be the face and the operational backbone of YellowDoor Hotels in Abuja, responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Guiding the hotel team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our unique brand identity and relaxed vibe.

  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing all day-to-day hotel functions, ensuring seamless execution across front office, housekeeping, and facilities management.

  • Financial Precision: Driving revenue targets, managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing performance to ensure profitability and sustained financial health.

  • Team Development: Recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, warmth, and continuous improvement.

  • Guest Experience: Upholding high quality control standards to ensure the physical environment and service delivery consistently exceed guest expectations.

Compensation

Salary: N900,000 - N1,500,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on experience and proven success).
