About the Role

  • We are looking for a results-oriented Growth Manager to drive business expansion by developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering high-value partnerships, and enhancing our B2B offerings.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating profitable deals, and ensuring long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract high-potential business clients in line with growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored B2B sales strategies.
  • Build, evaluate, and maintain partnership performance for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements (MOUs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimized business solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and position offerings competitively.
  • Generate leads, manage pipelines, and ensure consistent business conversion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales within the digital banking sector.
  • Professional certifications in Business Development, Corporate Relations, or Partnership Management (an advantage).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong network and existing relationships in the digital banking ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and partnership targets.

Salary
N450,000 - N800,000 / month
