  • Hunt and Cultivate Pipelines: Leverage cross-functional teams to build a robust sales funnel, identifying opportunities to pitch Mastercard solutions to fintechs and PSPs.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with issuers, vendors, banks, regulators, and emerging players in crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain.
  • Drive Issuance Excellence: Craft tailored issuance strategies with key banks to boost card volume, maximize P&L, and align with interchange goals.
  • Co-Create Cutting-Edge Propositions: Collaborate with product and innovation teams to develop loyalty, acceptance, tokenization, and cross-border solutions that wow partners.
  • Navigate Regulatory Landscapes: Support country management in dialogues with regulators, ensuring compliance while advocating for Mastercard's interests.
  • Seal the Deals: Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, ROI analyses, and performance tracking to turn prospects into high-value, long-term allies.
  • Champion Mastercard's Voice: Engage C-suite executives, industry stakeholders, and third parties as the go-to expert, fostering multicultural collaborations across West Africa.
