About the Role

As a Recruitment Sales Trainee, you will learn the full cycle of recruitment business development. This includes lead sourcing, client engagement, pitching recruitment solutions, managing relationships, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and receive structured training to help you grow into a high-performing recruitment sales professional.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA/HND)

  • Completed NYSC program

  • 0–1 year experience in sales or any customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and thrive in a performance-focused workplace

  • Must reside within proximity to Lekki Phase 1
