Job Description
- Responsible for providing best practise expertise in the activation of global reward solutions to attract, motivate and retain employees through competitive, exciting, relevant and cost-effective reward solutions that drive superior performance in the cluster.
- Generates insights into reward dynamics of the talent market in the cluster and communicates these to the Global Reward of the geography.
- Ensures the consistent activation of reward strategies, systems, processes, policies and tools in the cluster.
What We Ask
- First Degree in Social Science / Arts / other relevant disciplines
- MBA/MSC
- CIPM/CIPD/SHRM
- Broad understanding of reward content, common and best practices, local legislation
- Able to help resolve information problems and queries or know where to refer problem
- Able to simplify technical and complex information to a general audience
- Knowledge of internal processes and policies implementation experience.
- 8 years’ experience in HR/reward management
- Business knowledge and understanding
- Understands how the local business operates
- Logical, analytical mind to analyze information and work according to standards and guidelines
