As a Sales Executive, you will be the direct link between our products and our customers. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed assigned vehicle sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivation, Conversion, and Compliance
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery:
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and visits to encourage repeat business and generate valuable referral prospects.
Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales inquiries, providing accurate product and pricing information to prospective customers.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall performance of the sales department.
Customer Experience: Conduct test drives for potential customers, ensuring a positive experience that effectively highlights the product’s key strengths and value proposition.
Delivery Management: Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and that deliveries are made as promised.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, promptly address any complaints, and ensure all customer feedback is thoroughly documented and followed up.
Reporting & Data: Keep the customer database up to date and submit daily and periodic sales reports detailing leads, inquiries, conversion ratios, and projected sales.
Market Insight: Provide timely feedback to management regarding competitor activities, market trends, and valuable customer insights.
Collaboration: Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Quotation Processing: Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals to customers and financial institutions for approval.
💡 Requirements: Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate who is polished, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. Experience within the automobile industry is a distinct advantage.
Location: The candidate must reside on the Island (Victoria Island, Lagos, or environs).
Core Skills:
Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
Good reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Compensation
Salary: N110,000 - N120,000 per month.
