  • Handle High-Volume Heroics: Field calls, emails, and chats from partners facing solar system hiccups, logging every detail in our CRM for seamless tracking.
  • Troubleshoot with Tech Flair: Guide users through quick fixes like system resets, power tweaks, or usage tips – all while verifying setups via remote tools.
  • Educate and Elevate: Conduct sales validation chats to demystify subscriptions, warranties, and energy hacks, plus spotlight our add-on services to boost satisfaction.
  • Escalate Smartly: Spot when a pro intervention is needed, loop in field teams or supervisors, and chase resolutions with relentless follow-up.
  • Drive Insights Forward: Whip up reports on trends and triumphs, ensuring we stay ahead of issues and true to our service SLAs.
