Job Title: Admin Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- Responsible for managing administrative operations across corporate office and construction sites, ensuring smooth facility management, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and site office operations
- Manage administrative vendors and contracts
- Prepare and control admin budgets and expenses
- Lead and supervise administrative staff.
- Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, and accommodation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with project teams and corporate departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- 10+ years of admin experience,
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience handling multiple project sites
