Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing administrative operations across corporate office and construction sites, ensuring smooth facility management, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and site office operations
  • Manage administrative vendors and contracts
  • Prepare and control admin budgets and expenses
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff.
  • Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, and accommodation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with project teams and corporate departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of admin experience,
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience handling multiple project sites
