We are hiring for the following role:
Job Title: Advertising Operations Manager Location: Nigeria
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns (setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting) across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms, and others.
- Design campaign strategies, audience targeting, creative optimization, and bidding approaches to hit KPIs and deliver maximum ROI.
- Continuously track performance, analyze data, and recommend real-time optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Ad Operations
- Own end-to-end ad operations: creative trafficking, tag implementation, pixel/tracking setup, and troubleshooting of ad-serving issues.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform specifications and best practices.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and tech teams (internal & external) to deliver assets, resolve issues, and implement accurate tracking and attribution.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of ad operations specialists.
- Build a collaborative, high-energy culture that promotes knowledge sharing and cross-functional partnership.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage analytics tools to extract insights and drive decisions.
- Create clear, regular performance reports and dashboards covering spend, KPIs, reach, engagement, and conversions for stakeholders.
Optimization & Testing
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
- Rapidly iterate strategies based on performance data to continuously improve results.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations with a proven history of delivering successful campaigns.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and major ad servers.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a strong plus.
- Exceptional project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience — you can motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality delivery.
