Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Customer Service Department.
- The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on call center or customer support experience and a strong ability to deliver excellent service across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Follow established call scripts, policies, and service standards
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Log customer interactions and update records on the CRM system
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role
- NYSC Completion/Exemption
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
