We are recruiting for the position below:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
  • Maintain comprehensive change management documentation (stakeholder maps, feedback logs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with project teams to align activities with approved change management plans
  • Support the development and monitoring of project value-tracking tools
  • Design visually appealing, brand-aligned flyers and communication materials using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop
  • Manage flyer requests end-to-end, incorporating feedback and ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor change adoption metrics and prepare reports under the guidance of the Team Lead
  • Identify risks/issues and escalate appropriately
  • Support communication and awareness campaigns through creative visual content

Job Requirements

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or a related discipline
  • A Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional certification is an added advantage

Experience

  • 0–4 years of experience in change management, project support, data initiatives, or technology delivery (experience in financial services is a plus)
  • Proven graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of flyer/design samples (to be submitted with application)
