Job Summary

We are searching for an organized, attentive Bank Teller to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Handle cash accurately and balance cash drawer
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain accurate transaction and customer records
  • Promote bank products and meet service or sales targets
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Education and Experience / Requirements 

  • OND/HND qualification only
  • 1–2 years of relevant customer service or teller experience preferred
  • Experience in cash handling, sales, or client service is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Not more than 30 years of age
