Atuspay is a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative digital financial solutions across Africa. We are looking to hire a Customer Support Officer who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all Atuspay platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Account & Transaction Support

  • Assist customers with account-related issues.
  • Guide users on transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage.
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved customer requests.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Log issues and feedback for system improvement.
  • Prepare basic support reports when required.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
  • Educate users on platform features and best practices.
