We are currently hiring for the role below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Lubricants)

Location: Kano

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will promote and sell industrial and automotive lubricants, manage customer relationships, and expand product reach within assigned markets. This position focuses on driving revenue, building distribution networks, and increasing product penetration in key business segments.


Main Duties

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet business targets.

  • Source and secure new customers such as factories, automobile workshops, logistics companies, and lubricant dealers.

  • Ensure constant product availability and enhanced market visibility.

  • Educate mechanics, dealers, and pump attendants on product use, benefits, and technical features.

  • Grow secondary sales channels and initiate product awareness activities.

  • Track distributor inventory, coordinate replenishment, and monitor sales performance.

  • Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales agreements.

  • Conduct market intelligence visits to analyze competitor actions and market trends.

  • Supervise retailers, distributors, and other sales partners.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lubricant sales or related field.

  • Proven background selling industrial or automotive lubricants (B2B or aftermarket).

  • Strong network with lubricants wholesalers, retailers, and stockists.


Key Skills

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Technical understanding of lubricant applications and product specifications.


Salary

₦250,000 – ₦600,000 per month (Negotiable).
