We are expanding our team and currently seeking passionate individuals for the role below:
Position: Cabin Crew Member Location: Head Office – Enugu (with rostered flying duties nationwide) Start Date: To be announced Reporting to: Cabin Services Manager Department: Flight Operations
About the Role As a Cabin Crew Member with United Nigeria Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. You will be the face of our airline onboard, delivering exceptional service while upholding the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Captain on all matters relating to cabin safety and emergency procedures
- Work under the guidance of the Purser/In-Charge Flight Attendant to deliver consistent in-flight service
- Stay fully trained and current on all United Nigeria aircraft types and safety protocols, including pre-flight safety questioning
- Proactively assist passengers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care
- Take personal responsibility for the safety and well-being of passengers in your assigned cabin zone
- Perform efficient and friendly cabin service in accordance with United Nigeria’s established service standards
- Assist in emergency evacuations and administer first aid when required
- Carry out pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties as outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual
- Perform additional tasks as reasonably assigned by senior crew or management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE/WASSCE or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a public-facing role is highly desirable

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 15 kg (e.g., stowage of galley equipment)
- Good overall health and physical fitness
- Must be able to swim unassisted (minimum 25 meters)
