Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive student recruitment, enhance brand visibility, and support the University’s growth objectives.
  • As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will play a key role in ensuring that James Hope University’s message reaches the right audiences in the most impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive engagement with prospective students, faculty, and partners.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Track and measure performance to optimize campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency and alignment with the University’s branding and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with admissions, alumni relations, and academic departments to align marketing efforts with institutional goals and student needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact activities.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Content Creation: Work with internal teams to develop engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Education: A Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within the education sector or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proven experience in campaign management, content creation, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
