We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for coordination of at least 2 master's program
  • Supports students and answers student’s queries and requests
  • Prepares and sends the Transcript of records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students.
  • Host and Monitor the Online/Oncampusclasses during the weekdays and weekends.
  • Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
  • Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logistically the faculty during Lecture sessions

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in any discipline
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working on weekends (essential).
