Executive Assistant to the CEO at 9mobile
9mobile is a Nigerian private limited liability company. EMTS acquired a Unified Access Service License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2007. The License enables EMTS provide Fixed Telephony (wired or wireless), Digital Mobile Services, International Gateway Services and National/Regional Long Distance Services in addition to spectrum assignments in the 900 and 1800 MHz bands.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and project support to the CEO and potentially other members of the executive management team.
- The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritize or reprioritize tasks as appropriate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Prepare monthly reports, presentations, corporate submissions and other correspondence as required by the Chief Executive Officer.
- Coordinate and manage business travels, meeting bookings and compile itineraries for the Chief Executive Officer
- Track action items and commitments of others to the CEO and vice versa to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in developing contents for presentations to be made by the CEO
- Manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines and ensure completion within assigned timeline
- Coordinate teleconferences attend meetings with the CEO (if required) and ensure minutes of meeting are prepared and circulated to everyone that attended the meetings.
- Document all action points identified in meetings and follow up with staff responsible for implementing the action points.
- Acts as first line support to visitors, both local and international
- Prepare meeting agenda and ensure all documents and background information required are ready for meetings and appointments
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing on behalf of 9mobile.
- Conduct research on current trends in TMT industry and prepare reports on research findings to assist the CEO in making business decisions.
- Perform any other duty as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Education and Experience
- First Degree from the University/HND
Skills and Behavior:
- One to three years Post NYSC work experience
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
- Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational and planning skills
