We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning & Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The L&D Officer will support the design and delivery of learning programs across the organisation.
  • The role involves assisting with training coordination, basic facilitation, content updates and brief conversational assessments to understand employee motivation and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting short conversations with employees/candidates to understand their motivation and cultural fit.
  • Track attendance, feedback and learning progress for reporting purposes.
  • Work with the HR/L&D team to support learning initiatives and projects.
  • Support planning and coordination of training sessions and onboarding programs.
  • Help update and maintain learning materials, manuals and training records.
  • Assist in basic facilitation of internal training sessions or workshops.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR or Training support role.
  • Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
  • Full of energy and enthusiastic.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
