Job Title: Online Sales Advisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

  • My Company is seeking a motivated Online Sales Advisor to handle customer inquiries, promote products, and drive sales through digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a strong understanding of online customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Support online marketing campaigns and assist in executing promotional activities.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Convert online inquiries into successful sales and maintain strong follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using social media, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
  • 2–3 years of experience in online or digital sales (experience in construction, heavy machinery, or equipment sales is an advantage).

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
