Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Graphic Designer to design, iterate, and optimize paid social ad creatives. Your primary mission is to create content that converts, rather than traditional brand design. Expect a fast-paced environment where performance is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, edit, and iterate Meta and TikTok ads with a strong focus on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion).
  • Create multiple creative angles per concept to support high-volume testing.
  • Transform briefs, insights, and raw footage into conversion-focused ads quickly.
  • Edit UGC content to produce native, high-performing paid social creatives.
  • Use performance insights to improve creative output and prevent ad fatigue.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, strategists, and media buyers to align creative with account performance.
  • Present work clearly, incorporating feedback to refine creatives.
  • Support internal initiatives such as pitch decks, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual standards in line with performance goals.

What You’ll Be Creating

  • Meta & TikTok paid social ads (static, motion, UGC-style).
  • Scroll-stopping hooks and first-three-second frames.
  • High-performing carousels, statics, and short-form video ads.
  • UGC creatives with subtitles, overlays, and CTA integration.
  • Multiple creative iterations to support A/B testing and scaling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in paid social or performance-focused design.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and/or TikTok ads for D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and testing methodology.
  • UGC content adaptation experience (subtitles, pacing, overlays, CTAs).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
  • Ability to produce multiple creative iterations quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid social ad work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to polished, performance-driven output.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
